HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY
Now this is a stone! Valentine's Day.....now why is it that people feel an obligation to shower their significant other with gifts on this day? In our family?...because it's fun. I have always told my husband not to buy me flowers on this day. Why? Two reasons....for one they are so darn expensive and two because they just die. We have always done something small for one another but this one takes the cake! Thanks honey, you did good!!!!! Have a fun and Happy Valentine's Day!

Trevor, the day after.....
What an emotional morning it was yesterday, having to hold your child while an anesthesiologist injects him with medication to put him off to sleep. I felt as though I was putting him to sleep indefinitely (just like I did when I held my parents dog while being euthinized). In my head I knew that he would wake up and all would be good but tell that to the heart! Anyway, when he woke up he was loopy and dizzy but just like he always does he bounced back full force. In fact he told me that he likes that dentist and wants to go back. My thoughts on that? Not if I can help it :) Hopefully his phobia will not be so bad next dental visit. Unfortunately he has inherited bad teeth (thanks Dad). This kid brushes better than me sometimes and he had 6 fillings. Yikes!
I did learn one thing about this whole procedure and that is Anesthesiologists make the bucks$$$

this mom is nervous.....
Well in a few short hours Trevor will be asleep at the dentist getting work done. Why I am so nervous about this? I mean it is done all of the time and I need to be the strong one right? Wrong. What kind of mother wouldn't be nervous for their child? I am sure and confident that all will go well. If our kids only knew the agony and pain we feel for them on a constant day to day basis. Wow, my mom sure was strong!
